Residents who own and live in a manufactured home (mobile home) are covered under the Manufactured Homes Act.

However, if you are a tenant, renting a manufactured home in a moveable dwelling park, or a tenant renting in a retirement village, your tenancy agreement may be covered by the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.
